ENDEX is an investment advisor registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and provides investment management and advisory services to institutional clients over multiple investment styles and objectives. Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training by ENDEX or its employees. The Large Cap Core Composite strategy includes all institutional accounts benchmarked to the Standard & Poor's 500 Index ("S&P 500®") with similar tracking error volatility targets. The minimum portfolio size for inclusion in the Endex Large Cap Core Composite is $10 million.
ENDEX claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®).
Results are shown in US Dollars before and after actual investment management fees, and are net of commissions and other transaction costs. Composite results include the reinvestment of dividends, income and other earnings. A client's return will be reduced by ENDEX investment management fees and other expenses incurred in the management of a client's account. Actual fees may vary depending on, among other things, the applicable fee schedule and the portfolio size. Fee schedules are available on request and may also be found in Part II of our Form ADV. Results above represent past performance and are not a guarantee of future results. Investment results and the actual value of each client account will fluctuate, and at any given time may be worth more or less than the amount invested.
The Composite uses the S&P 500® as a comparable benchmark to evaluate composite performance. The index is fully invested and includes the reinvestment of income. The index returns do not include any transaction costs, management fees, or other costs. All index information has been taken from published sources.
